First Appointment Arrival Time:
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes ahead of your first scheduled appointment time as this will provide you will sufficient time to check in, familiarise yourself, and complete the consultation card and paperwork. We know, "Paperwork!" As we are a medical skin care office, we require that all new clients fill out skin care health history information and treatment consent forms. This will give us a better understanding on what is going on with your skin internally and externally and provide you with the ultimate end result.
We will do our utmost to provide you with as much of the treatment time that is left. In fairness to others, your treatment must end on time so that the following client's treatment can begin on time.
We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and you might need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All no-shows and cancellations made less than a full 24 hours before scheduled time will be billed at the full rate. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.
Your satisfaction is and skin care results are our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring it back with your email receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product, or products, that are more suited to your skin. If you prefer to have a refund credited back to you, we would be happy to credit you back in the same method of payment used for the purchase of the product.
